About The Society

The office of the Dartmoor Pony Society of Australia is Queensland Based with the committee all-residing in the Queensland area.    Each month the committee meets and each quarter a general meeting is held for all members who wish to attend.    All committee members are dedicated members who own and have a great love of the Dartmoor pony and who are dedicated to promoting the pony in Australia.    A newsletter is produced monthly and relies on articles from members right across Australia, the newsletter keeps all members informed and is a great way to share any news across all members.    The society, although small is growing each year in membership.    A register of ponies is maintained by the societies registrar with a Stud book being released every few years.
